the yellow of the shoe is fantastic! i personally think the other shoe should be in color too so that it balances out the photo a bit more. i liked the version you showed in class because the yellow really brought the whole picture together. nice choice of subject :)
ReplyDeleteI think the fact that the subject of the shoe is yellow for anyone to relate to, you can't even tell the exact age of the person. I love the brightness of the yellow, and the fact that it brings so much life to the image. The chalk on the ground gives it a young playful vibe which i think is really great. Converse as the choice of shoe make the photograph easier to relate to for many different types of people. Overall i think this is a wonderful image and gets the point of color across very clearly.
